Our products are digital downloads, including travel guides, checklists, templates, and other digital planning resources. No physical product will be shipped.

Digital products

Because our products are digital and are delivered electronically, all sales are generally final once the digital file has been delivered, downloaded, or accessed.

Refunds

We do not usually offer refunds for digital products after delivery. However, please contact us if:

  • you purchased the same product more than once by mistake;

  • you received the wrong file;

  • the download link does not work;

  • the file is damaged or cannot be opened;

  • there is another technical issue with your order.

If your issue is approved, we may offer a replacement file, technical support, or a refund, depending on the situation.

Cancellations

If you placed an order by mistake, please contact us as soon as possible. If the digital file has not yet been delivered, downloaded, or accessed, we may be able to cancel and refund the order.

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges for digital products. If you purchased the wrong product, please contact us and we will review the situation.
